1. All existing Griddy Grid Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise stated herein.

2. Participation in the Griddy League constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all house rules.
‍
3. Griddy Grid reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the League, rules, schedule, or prizes at any time without prior notice.
‍
4. Players must maintain good sportsmanship and respect other participants and staff.
‍
5. Profanity, offensive language, harassment, or inappropriate team names will result in disqualification and voided entries.
‍
6. Disruptive, unsafe, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may lead to immediate removal from the premises.
‍
7. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and must not participate under conditions of fatigue, injury, or intoxication.
‍
8. Griddy Grid is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation except in cases of proven negligence.
‍
9. Teams must ensure all registration details (team name, participant names, contact info) are accurate.
‍
10. Griddy Grid is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration details.
‍
11. Each booking is assigned a unique Booking ID. Only one (1) valid score submission will be accepted per Booking ID. In the event of any duplicate, falsified, or multiple entries associated with the same Booking ID, all related scores shall be deemed void and disqualified at Griddy Grid’s sole discretion.
‍
12. All gameplay must comply with Griddy Grid’s official game rules.
‍
13. Only Griddy Grid-provided equipment may be used; any tampering or unauthorized equipment is prohibited.
‍
14. Matches may be recorded for verification and promotional purposes.
‍
15. Only scores recorded and verified by Griddy Grid’s systems and staff are considered valid.
‍
16. System logs, game footage, and staff records are the sole authoritative sources for results and verification.
‍
17. Gameplay will not be replayed or paused due to technical issues or player error unless deemed necessary by management.
‍
18. Leaderboards are updated at management’s discretion and may be corrected if errors are found.
‍
19. In the event of a tie, malfunction, or system error, Griddy Grid reserves the right to adjust or replay results.
‍
20. Disputes must be raised immediately after gameplay or within 24 hours via official dispute form.
‍
21. Management decisions on all results and disputes are final.
‍
22. Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or interfere with scoring systems constitutes fraud and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, permanent bans, and legal action.
‍
23. Griddy Grid reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of suspected misconduct.
‍
24. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or services.
‍
25. Team Prizes: Only the registered session owner / team captain will be recognized as the official recipient of the prize.
‍
26. Cash prizes will be issued solely to the registered session owner. Griddy Grid bears no responsibility for internal team sharing arrangements.
‍
29. The session owner must provide valid identification matching registration details to collect prizes.
‍
30. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days from announcement will be forfeited.
‍
31. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or charges associated with their winnings.
‍
32. Griddy Grid may publish the winners’ names, team names, and scores for transparency.
‍
33. Any complaints must be submitted through Griddy Grid’s official Dispute Form within 24 hours of gameplay.34. Investigations will be completed within 14 working days where possible.
‍
35. Griddy Grid may retain gameplay footage, logs, and verification data for at least 90 days after competition for audit purposes.
‍
36. Management’s decision following investigation is final and binding.
‍
37. In the event of power failure, equipment malfunction, fire, or other unforeseen circumstances (“Acts of Nature” or “Operational Events”), Griddy Grid shall not be held liable for any loss of scores, interruptions, or missed gameplay.
‍
38. If a game session is disrupted due to such events, Griddy Grid will offer a complimentary replacement session, subject to availability and management discretion.
‍
39. Refunds will not be issued for reasons outside of Griddy Grid’s control.
‍
40. By participating, players consent to the use of their photos, videos, names, and likeness in marketing and promotional materials without additional compensation.
‍
41. All collected personal data will be handled according to Singapore PDPA guidelines and used only for league administration and prize fulfilment.
‍
42. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Griddy Grid from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from participation, including internal team disputes over prize distribution.
‍
43. Griddy Grid’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the prize in question.
‍
44. Griddy Grid reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition due to events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, safety issues, or government regulations.

45. In the event of a tie between two or more teams or players with identical scores, precedence shall be granted to the booking that achieved the tied score first, as recorded by Griddy Grid’s official system timestamp.
